This scrap kit is a Pay To Use kit, I am supplying the pieces needed to make this tag. Please do not share these supplies

Save the attached zip and unzip it to a folder of your choice. Open your picture of choice, or mine in PSP as well as the other supplies, minimize all but the template for now.


1. With your template active, Duplicate it and close the original
Delete the top layer that has my credits on it.

Click on the eye on the frame layer to hide it for now


Now we are going to use the 5 papers and put each in a different rectangle on our template
I have numbered the rectangles in order that they appear in the layers palate and the order we will fill them.



2. Activate your first rectangle layer
Selections>Select All
Selections>Float
Selections>Defloat

Maximize your first paper, Edit>Copy (close this paper)
Back to your Template, Edit>Paste as a new Layer
Selections>Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
Selections>Select None

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow



3. Activate your second rectangle layer
Selections>Select All
Selections>Float
Selections>Defloat

Maximize your second paper, Edit>Copy (close this paper)
Back to your Template, Edit>Paste as a new Layer
Selections>Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
Selections>Select None

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow

4. Activate your third rectangle layer
Selections>Select All
Selections>Float
Selections>Defloat

Maximize your third paper, Edit>Copy (close this paper)
Back to your Template, Edit>Paste as a new Layer
Selections>Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
Selections>Select None

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow

5. Activate your fourth rectangle layer
Selections>Select All
Selections>Float
Selections>Defloat

Maximize your fourth paper, Edit>Copy (close this paper)
Back to your Template, Edit>Paste as a new Layer
Selections>Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
Selections>Select None

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow

6. Activate your fifth rectangle layer
Selections>Select All
Selections>Float
Selections>Defloat

Maximize your fifth paper, Edit>Copy (close this paper)
Back to your Template, Edit>Paste as a new Layer
Selections>Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
Selections>Select None

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow

Your template should look something like this now



7. Click the eye on the bottom white background layer to hide for now
Activate any other active layer
Layers>Merge>Merge Visible

Click the eye of the bottom layer again to make it visible, activate it
Layers>New Raster Layer

Flood fill with a color from the papers or your graphic, I used #a97e5e


8. Layers>New Mask Layer>From Image
*Select the mask from drop down menu*

Layers>Merge>Merge Group

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow
*same settings*


9. Maximize the doodle, Edit>Copy (close the doodle)
Back to your Template, Edit>Paste as a new Layer
It should have pasted on the layer right above your mask layer, you should have this



10. Activate your top Frame layer, click the eye again to make it visible
With your Magic Wand, setting below

Select inside one of your frames

Selections>Modify>Expand



11. Maximize your picture, Edit>Copy
Back to your Template, Edit>Paste as a New Layer
Move your picture around until a portion you are happy with is inside your selection
Selections>Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
Selections>Select None

Layers>Arrange>Move Down


12. Activate your frame layer again
With your Magic Wand, select in your other frame
Selections>Modify>Expand
4 pixels

Edit>Paste as a New Layer
Move your picture around until a different portion you are happy with is inside your selection
Selections>Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
Selections>Select None

Layers>Arrange>Move Down


13. Activate your frame layer one last time
Layers>Merge>Merge Down
*Repeat* Layers>Merge>Merge Down

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow

14. With your text tool, setting below

Foreground #031c30 & Background #a97e5e
Type out the text you want on your header image
I used "Jasper & Alice" because that is the characters names in the photo I provided

15. Layers>New Raster Layer
Add your watermark and any appropriate copyright info
Layers>Merge>Merge Visible

Save and you are done!!
